mari timbang berat badan

sapa sapa yang nak tau BMI badan ,boleh tekan link ni -----> http://www.nutriweb.org.my/bmical.php dalam tu kena isi umur,berat, tinggi korang..dan akan diberitahu berat korang ideal ka tak,gemok ka obes ka under weight,seimbang ka bla3.

boleh la guide diri sendiri hehe


  • If Your BMI is Less than 18.5, you are underweight
  • If Your BMI is 18.5 to less than 25, your weight is desirable
  • If Your BMI is 25 to less than 30, you are overweight
  • If Your BMI is 30 or more, you are obese

NAK KIRA BMI :

BMI = Weight (kg) / [Height (m) x Height (m)]



mesti semua nak kurus kan >.< 
bukan untuk orang lain,tapi paling penting untuk diri sendiri ok..

nanti saya letakkan DIET YANG BOLEH TURUNKAN BERAT BADAN WITHIN ONE WEEK.

i have tried it and it succeed. 
i hv lose 4 kg in a week.

tak payah tahan lapar!
dan sy buat light exercise
-pumping
-lompat bintang

in a week
